Job Title: Territory Sales Manager – Lake Oconee & Sinclair
Location: Remote eligible (must reside within 50 miles of Lake Oconee or Lake Sinclair)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to lead growth and brand expansion in the Lake Oconee and Sinclair regions. This role is responsible for developing new markets, building strong customer and partner relationships, and managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation through project execution. This role requires a self-starter with a hunter mentality—someone energized by prospecting, outbound engagement, and securing new business. Candidates with a competitive spirit and goal-driven mindset, including those with athletic or performance-based backgrounds, often thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Development
Grow Marine Specialties’ presence in the Lake Oconee and Sinclair markets.
Build relationships with local realtors, developers, HOAs, marinas, and boat dealers.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic sales programs.
Attend local partner events and industry trade shows.
Sales Execution
Conduct a minimum of 5 in-person meetings and 25 calls per week with key decision-makers.
Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through deal closure and handoff to operations.
Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure project success.
Build and track estimates in the CRM and Excel.
Maintain weekly activity logs and provide updates to the Sales Director and General Manager.
Project Oversight
Serve as project lead for all sales in assigned territories, ensuring coordination with operations, scheduling, permitting, and labor resources.
Monitor and communicate project timelines and updates with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
2–5 years of outside sales experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven success in building customer and partner networks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Excel and CRM systems (e.g., ServiceTitan).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
Compensation
Competitive base salary, plus uncapped commission, and performance-based incentives.
Work Environment:
Work hours are Monday to Friday (7:30 – 5:00) and every third Saturday (9:00 – 1:00)
Some travel may be required to meet customers at their desired meeting times and locations, which may extend outside of normal scheduled working hours
